CLAD and PNUD are launching a free international virtual course on public innovation, running from November 20, 2026, to January 20, 2027.
The Centro Latinoamericano de Administración para el Desarrollo (CLAD) and the Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) are offering a free international virtual course titled "Innovación pública en la Era Digital: creatividad y herramientas para transformar el Estado." Aligned with the #BogotáMiCiudadMiCasa and #BogotáInternacional initiatives, the program aims to strengthen the capabilities of public servants, project coordinators, and other stakeholders in Bogotá to foster institutional innovation.
The course will take place from November 20, 2026, to January 20, 2027, using an autonomous virtual modality. The curriculum covers the analysis of public problems, person-centered design, digital transformation, and the use of data and artificial intelligence. Academic guidance is provided by Orlando Rojas Romero, executive director of Chile's Government Laboratory. No prior specialized knowledge is required to participate.
Participation is free of charge. Those who complete the modules and pass the evaluations with a minimum score of 60 out of 100 points may request an optional certificate for 40 USD. The program also includes 12 months of post-course support to assist participants in applying their new skills within their respective institutions.
